This page explains important limitations of the general service information shown on the PureNeta website. The written quote, work order, or service agreement for an accepted job controls if it differs from this page.

Quotes and final pricing

Any price discussed before inspection or before complete property information is provided is an estimate based on the stated size, condition, access, scope, and timing. Additional charges may apply only when additional work or materially different conditions are identified and communicated. Final scope and pricing should be confirmed in writing before additional work begins.

Standard and excessive conditions

Standard cleaning does not automatically include extraordinary buildup, severe grease, infestation, bodily fluids, animal waste, smoke or fire residue, construction debris, unsafe clutter, or other conditions requiring special labor, products, equipment, licensing, or protective procedures. Excessively soiled appliances or areas may require an additional charge when disclosed and approved.

Excluded or specialized services

Unless expressly agreed in writing and lawfully permitted, PureNeta does not provide mold remediation, asbestos or lead abatement, hazardous-material handling, crime-scene or biohazard remediation, pest removal, structural repair, plumbing, electrical work, or other licensed trade services. PureNeta may stop or decline work when a condition appears unsafe or outside the agreed scope.

Trash-out limitations

Curbside trash-out service means removing approved contents from the property and placing them in an approved curbside or designated collection area. Hauling, transportation, disposal fees, dumpster service, prohibited items, hazardous materials, appliances requiring special disposal, and items restricted by the property or local rules are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

Access, utilities, and property condition

The customer or property representative is responsible for lawful access and for disclosing known hazards, restrictions, fragile surfaces, damaged items, and special instructions. Working water and electricity may be required. PureNeta is not responsible for pre-existing damage, ordinary wear, permanent stains, defects, or conditions that cleaning cannot safely correct.

Scheduling and completion

Requested dates and same-day service are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed. Completion time may change because of property condition, access delays, added scope, safety concerns, utility problems, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Results

PureNeta aims to provide careful, professional service. Results vary based on age, material, maintenance history, staining, damage, and the limits of safe cleaning methods. No website description guarantees restoration to new condition or a particular inspection outcome.
